He previously served as a corporate attorney at Goodwin Law.

She is founder of Wish Upon a Cure, a nonprofit foundation for pediatric mitochondrial disease research, and currently serves on the board for UC San Diego School of Medicine, Mitochondrial and Metabolic Disease Center. Sophie Clarke, MD
Staff VP, Clinical and Strategic Partnerships
As Head of Clinical Domain Strategy and Partnerships for Elevance Health, Sophie Clarke, MD, is responsible for thoughtfully guiding the company to drive improved clinical outcomes, affordability, access, and experience through both internally delivered and partnership-supported clinical programs. Dr. Clarke is responsible for driving Elevance Health's maternal and child health, adult health, and oncology strategies, evaluating and recommending strategic clinical partnerships, and delivering comprehensive disease management programs to Elevance Health's Commercial and Medicaid populations. Before joining Elevance Health in June 2020, Dr. Clarke was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she provided strategic and operational counsel to a wide range of healthcare clients, including providers, payers, philanthropic organizations, and state governments. Dr. Clarke received her MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and her BA from Middlebury College.

Aimée K. Dailey is President, Medicaid for Elevance Health. Dailey serves alongside the Government Business Division Senior Leadership Team to drive better, more affordable care within our existing and new diverse Medicaid markets. In this role, she focuses on strengthening publicly funded healthcare programs to improve lives and local communities. Through its Government Business Division, Elevance Health manages healthcare services for more than 15 million people, including more than 11 million people covered by Medicaid programs in 26 markets.

Tiffany Inglis, MD
Medical Director, Enterprise Clinical Operations
Tiffany Inglis, MD, is the Clinical Medical Director in Population Health, focused on maternal child and women's health. She is responsible for supporting analytics, program development, and partnerships around programs that target supporting women, children, and families. Before she was in her current role, she was the Director of Medical Operations at Elevance Health in the Commercial Ohio market. Prior to joining Elevance Health, she practiced medicine as an obstetrician/gynecologist in the Central Ohio area where she resides. She cared for people in urban, rural, and incarcerated settings. Dr. Inglis earned her medical degree from Medical College of Ohio and her bachelor of science from The Ohio State University. She enjoys spending time with her family and as a former college athlete continues to remain active.

Omar Latif, MD
VP, Medicare Clinical Operations
Omar Latif, MD, has been with Elevance Health since 2009. As the Chief Medical Officer for the Medicare business, he has responsibility for clinical operations including Utilization Management and Case Management.
Prior to Elevance Health, Dr. Latif was at the management consulting firm of McKinsey and Company. There, he had diverse experience in the payer-provider and pharmaceutical sectors. His previous work ranged from developing and implementing overhaul of a large integrated delivery network to relaunching a pharma client's core therapeutic product.
He has clinical practice experience in a variety of settings, including a managed care environment and a large academic medical center. His education includes an undergraduate degree from Harvard, an MD from Stanford, internal medicine training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, and post-doctoral gastroenterology training at UCLA.

Glenn MacFarlane

Glenn MacFarlane is President of Carelon Behavioral Health, where he leads an organization committed to improving the health and well-being of individuals coping with mental health and substance use conditions.
With over 30 years of healthcare experience, MacFarlane is a recognized industry leader with deep expertise in building strong Medicare and Medicaid organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Aetna's New Jersey market, and Northeast Territory leader for Aetna's Medicaid business. Prior to Aetna, MacFarlane was President and Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Health Plan of New York and has held various other leadership roles within healthcare and financial services.

Paul Marchetti

Marchetti has more than 25 years of payer and provider experience in healthcare delivery systems, business operations, product development, population health, and technology solutions. Most recently, he was Chief Growth Officer of New Century Health and has previously held various leadership roles with Aetna, UnitedHealth Group, and other leading health organizations.
Marchetti received a bachelor of applied science in healthcare management from Springfield College and a master of business administration from the University of New Haven. He currently serves on the board of directors for Availity, LLC, The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare, Inc. (CAQH), The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA), DomaniRx, and CivicaScript.

Elena McFann
President, Medicare & Government Business Division, Elevance Health
Elena McFann is a senior executive for Elevance Health's Government Business Division and is currently President of Elevance Health's Medicare business. She is responsible for strategy, financial performance, and operational execution for Elevance Health's portfolio of plans serving 2.8 million older adults and other Medicare-eligible individuals in 23 states.
Previously, McFann was President of Elevance Health's east region Medicare business, after having served as President of the Medicaid west region. Prior to Elevance Health, McFann held several senior executive and leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare. McFann has more than 25 years of experience as a managed care executive, leading teams that deliver innovation and improve access to quality, affordable healthcare.

Anthony Nguyen, MD

Anthony Nguyen, MD, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Elevance Health, Dr. Nguyen was SVP of Population Health at UnitedHealth Group. His achievements included bringing over 85% of the nation's largest Medicare Advantage membership in four-Star plans.

Marcus Wilson, PharmD
VP & Chief Analytics Officer, Elevance Health
Marcus Wilson, PharmD, is Elevance Health's Chief Analytics Officer. In this role, he has accountability for the Enterprise Analytics Core, a hub and spoke leadership collaboration model focused on maximizing the value and impact of insight development efforts. He is responsible for defining and implementing an enterprise analytics strategy to support the company's continued evolution as an insights-driven organization. Dr. Wilson has administrative oversight accountability for Elevance Health's Healthcare Financial Analytics and Health Economics organizations, and for Carelon Research.
Dr. Wilson is extensively involved in national policy forums aimed at evolving the development and use of real-world data to accelerate healthcare evidence development. Prior to cofounding Carelon Research, he spent seven years on faculty at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and established and managed a clinical practice within a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware integrated delivery system, where he oversaw the clinical decision support, pharmacy policy, and clinical trials programs.

Qi Zhou, MD
VP, Quality Strategy & Management, Elevance Health
Qi Zhou, MD, is Vice President, Enterprise Quality Strategy and Management at Elevance Health. He is responsible for the enterprise quality oversight for all lines of business in quality strategy development to elevate the enterprise quality performance and health equity. Dr. Zhou has over two decades of leadership in quality performance improvement, NCQA accreditation, health informatics, Star ratings, and risk adjustment. He led diverse functional teams and developed whole-health outcomes and health equity-focused performance measurement systems to support population health, provider value payment, patient safety, member experience and business growth. Dr. Zhou graduated from Shanghai Medical University School of Medicine, Bryant University Graduate School of Management, and Harvard Chan School of Public Health.
