Corbin Petro is President of Carelon Behavioral Health, where she is responsible for the growth and success of solutions in mental health care, substance use treatment, and crisis response, among others. She also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer for Benevera Health and Eleanor Health, both of which leveraged value-based care and partnership between payers and care providers.

Elizabeth Oudens, MD, is Chief Medical Officer for Carelon Behavioral Health, serving as the senior clinical leader for behavioral health across Carelon Health and Carelon Clinical Excellence. Dr. Oudens leverages more than 15 years of experience in community psychiatry and housing and homeless services. Shane Hochradel oversees operations to power Elevance Health’s partnership with care providers.
